During the latest financial year, we accelerated our shift to an integrated customer relationship model (ICR), successfully developing and growing long-term relationships with some of Europe’s major retailers. Moreover, we made considerable progress in rationalising our operations and creating economies of scale across countries, departments and divisions. This approach led to sound financials, as you can read in our latest Annual Report.
